This change does not affect your existing finance agreement or warranty cover, which remains unchanged for the agreed term with your provider (where applicable).

Important:

• Any repairs carried out under warranty must receive prior authorisation from your warranty company.

• If authorisation is not obtained, or if the issue is not covered under your warranty terms, costs may not be reimbursed.

• All repairs must be carried out by a VAT-registered business (as stated in your policy documents).

• We recommend obtaining a repair quote before contacting your warranty company.

Finance-related queries:
If you have an existing finance agreement, any requests such as settlement figures, making partial payments, or account queries should be directed to your individual finance provider using the contact details provided in your agreement or welcome pack.

Complaints:
The company complaints process remains in place and will be dealt with in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in your contract.
