Having worked in various roles in Sales and Management for major Dealer Groups in the UK Motor Industry over the past 20 years, I have seen many changes in how customers are treated before, during and after purchasing.

The nature of big groups and manufacturers is to get customers in and out as quickly as possible with the bare minimum in support. This is usually followed by a request for you to score a survey as Excellent, purely for them to gain future customers ‘trust’ rather than to exceed your expectations.

However, more and more customers are finding that these companies are only at the end of the phone during the ‘selling phase’ but when an issue arises, it becomes impossible to contact anyone in the dealership.

We are here to look after you from initial enquiry and throughout ownership of your vehicle. Should it be a question about servicing, booking an MOT or warranty information, we will be at the end of the phone to assist you.
